We stayed one night. Bathrooms were super clean and large, within walking distance of Old Orchard Beach, lots were large and level.
We like this spot a lot. Nice management, clean, close to OOB.
Biggest complaint I booked ahead online pre paid with a price fore 3 nights. Including tax. When we got yo campaign they charged again ghetto ore Maine tax. I ? It and they told me price didn't include tax. But originally oh discussion told me it did. So I was billed sc ounce tax. Not happy. 2nd Lee. It's not a camp ground. It's a mobile home park with space to set up a tent.

Yes, the place is small, but clean and safe. It is not a place that you would go with the family for a camping experience, but a place to take the family and enjoy the beach and other attractions @ Old Orchard Beach. Just a short walk (5+/- minutes) and you are on main street with everything to enjoy.
