I had my winter jacket cleaned there, and one of the clamps to the drawstring came off and all the string came undone. First they tried to give it back to me like that, the string was completely frayed on one side. Then they sent it to their seamstress who apparently cant fix simple things like that. They gave me a "sorry" note on the jacket and gave me a discount on the price. This whole process has taken almost a month and I have no other winter jacket at the moment and its December. Worst of all the could not even suggest where to go have it fixed elsewhere, this was a compete disaster and I will NEVER go there again to have anything nice cleaned. I am refusing to even pay for the dry cleaning, and I hope they can see why.
